To be fair, I thought it was the guy from Watford, at that point I thought, why were Metz involved.

Then my thinking was who are Metz? I remember an old French club called Metz. Was it them?

Then after the watching the video, I thought that's a fucking weird video for a winger.

Then I realised he was a central midfielder. It's been a confusing 2 minutes.

Anyway, clearly a legend, better than Zidane or even the guy at Watford. Sign him up.

Dragon had us linked to Sarr maybe he just heard the name Sarr and assumed it was the Watford guy, maybe we was keen on both who knows.

As I said this morning. It seems quiet but sometimes a transfer just comes out of nowhere. Although I expect like others there’s a fair chance of it being knocked down as soon as I post this!

Potential for this transfer to be one where it goes under the radar then a few seasons later our fans would be moaning about why we don't make signings like this.

The only positive I can take from signing yet another player from France more than likely to fail than not is that thankfully his name isn’t N’Sarr. So he might stand half a chance.
