How many of the players first language is English?

Their first language doesn't need to be English, but it does need to be of a decent enough standard I reckon. I reckon most players understand it pretty well by now and the few who don't yet are learning every day.

I have a dread of us bringing in some bloke who can't speak English. Communication is absolutely key between the gaffer and the players. Does Gallardo or Conceicao speaker de lingo?

.
I honestly couldn’t give a fuck if the next bloke communicates exclusively through the medium of dance...as long as he can get us doing something wild like a couple of shots on target per game, it would be an improvement.

Well yeah, especially if he can dance in English. :)

I was genuinely surprised to learn that Nuno's tenure in the job lasted longer than the previous vacancy. It just seemed like it went on forever last summer.

Absolutely he is an abject failure Levy at this point (stadium aside) he is a proven looser.
Yep, taking a club that had finished in the bottom-half of the table for the previous 5 seasons before he bought it and getting it to the CL final - rubbish effort that.
