Do you mean £38m?
He must be used to Salt Bae sandwiches.
Do you mean £38m?
Jesus, ham price inflation really is out of control. You know what I’m bored of? The club putting in bids for players they have no intention of trying to buy unless it’s for fifty quid and ham sandwich. Which seems the case here. Again.
For balance, although no idea on the reliability of this one but it does tie in with the above.

this is where im atWhy can’t you all just kick back and see what happens? The amount of people throwing their opinions in about the state of negotiations they know the square root of fuck all about and then talking themselves into despair is unbelievable.

It’s not people speculating that I take issue with and I’m not telling anyone not to do that. That’s normal and I agree a big part of why people come here. It’s that people express overwhelmingly negative opinions as if they are fact and talk themselves into a depressive state about it before any of us know what’s going to happen. To be fair, there would be fuck all to talk about if we didn't react to the process.
I know some go OTT etc but all these posts telling everyone to not speculate are just as boring really.
I think we could do with a couple of them.About time we had a big attacking signing to get everyone including the players excited.
Which kind of deals? In the last window we signed Romero who was voted the best defender in Serie A last season.
Honestly so bored of the same rhetoric all the time - a combination of moaning when we try and sign top talent like Diaz, and at the same time moaning that we try and sign lower-profile players like Amrabat that are perceived not to be ambitious enough for a club like us. Which is it - are we being too ambitious or not ambitious enough?
Or Liverpool could of just put an offer in at the beginning of the transfer window and they would of known what they would of have to pay then.My concern is we agree the fee with Porto and then Liverpool jump in knowing what to pay.
He will certainly prefer to go there.
Likewise - can't see us pulling off Diaz and Traore together without selling GLC, Ndombele and/or Alli. "Reasonable" as the prices may seem - the club is still recovering from two years of heavy financial losses and unless Lewis has agreed to inject some extra cash into the business then we'll have to manage things carefully. That unfortunately means this will drag on to the end of the window, and even if it does miraculously come off there will be rumours of deal collapses, bid hijacks from PL rivals and hysterical fan meltdowns over the next week
The good old big club is broke rumour.Liverpool are broke this window. Not worried about them until summer.
