They aren’t even allowed to negotiate contracts with their own players. They have a very specific licence to operate that allows them to play games and not much else.
They’ve been sanctioned by both the U.K. and E.U. Any agent or player negotiating with them is at risk of prosecution.

Hickey and Theate would be excellent signings both young very high ceilingd - Theate is a left sided centre back and he has been really good for Bologna (though the story might be a bit off as he is on loan there though they might have an option to buy) Svanberg ain't bad but very similar to what we have already
