One of my favourite players ever. Always dreamt of seeing him playing for us.
That's a bit of a low bar, fair enough though.
He wouldnt get in our team now, nowhere near.

Whoa!! Where is this coming from?
Agreed but I could also imagine Eriksen being especially cagey at an official Brentford event.
I have a feeling that Eriksen hasn't fully decided on his future yet anyway.
Got a feeling we will know in the next ten days either way
Thanks for sharing but I don't think Erisken would tell anyone his plans on or off camera, he would wait for it to be finalised and announced. Not saying that means he will 100% be coming to Spurs but also don't think that by him not telling an interviewer off camera that he's going to Spurs doesn't mean he wouldn't be.Dont think this is happening. Know someone who interviewed him recently. Asked him off camera on the sly when neither had a mic etc about him returning to spurs and as mate is a massive spurs fan said he'd be ecstatic. The response was you are likely to be disappointed. Now this could just be eriksen keeping quiet as it was a Brentford event. Or could be we are not even in for me. Mates opinion was its not happening though
Has it been mentioned in this thread that he bought a house in Richmond?
That makes sense, although to be fair I believe his eldest just turned 4 so he has to look for schools regardless and Richmond has some of the best schools in the countryBelieve he was looking around schools for the kids in Brentford. Think he’s staying there.
Illustrates perfectly why he’d be daft to give anything away ‘off camera’!Your mate Michael Bridge then?
Tottenham: Conte could now miss out on 123 G/A star at Hotspur Way
Tottenham re-signing Christian Eriksen this summer appears to be a "non-starter", according to Sky Sports reporter Michael Bridge.www.givemesport.com
Doesn’t really say one way or the other definitely and as others said, doubt he would be saying he is leaving at a Brentford Q&A event.
Disagree, Brentford has a large Danish contingent, they were the team that went for him when few else did and he's a hero there. If he does stay at Brentford that likely means we haven’t offered him anything. No way he stays there if we come in for him
Just seen on the SSN feed that Real Madrid aren’t renewing Isco’s contract.
Just thinking out loud whether this is something we might be interested in …
He wants CL football so agree to disagree there. You don’t stay at Brentford when there is the potential to work with Conte and be part of something special.Disagree, Brentford has a large Danish contingent, they were the team that went for him when few else did and he's a hero there.
He'll get to play almost every single game being as sharp as possible for the world cup.
His actual words were, "I would love to play Champions League football again. I know how much fun it is, but it isn't essential for me."He wants CL football so agree to disagree there. You don’t stay at Brentford when there is the potential to work with Conte and be part of something special.
