I don't think that's what this FA charge is about. This breach of rule E3 is to do with after match media/social media that brings the game into disrepute.
E3 is general behaviour

It will be subsection 1 as (I assume) neither were racist or sexist etc

What's the rule where you have to look into the eyes when shaking hands?

From some source:

" Any breach associated with "looking away" during a post-match handshake will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Previous punishments have involved both parties being locked in a room for several minutes, with strict instructions not to speak to each other, rather they are to engage in long meaningful stares to ensure that both parties understand that the eyes are the window to the soul"

EDIT: This a joke post, please do not give any informative ratings   I don't want to confuse anyone haha

2nd EDIT: You know what, this should be a rule moving forward. Can I count on everyone who rated this informative to sign my petition?

Conte's Instagram post was done in jest. He wasn't serious and didn't say the ref should never do Chelsea games again. Conte has done sod all wrong here.

I'm sure the wing backs wouldn't mind a day off from Conte being on the sidelines... At least they won't go home with their ears ringing

Can anyone imagine Conte sitting quietly in the stands whilst the match is progressing. It is going to be bedlam somewhere in the seats.

Are managers that have been banned from the touchline allowed in the changing room pre match and at half time?
