Ah OK, I've obviously seen an abridged version of that as it was specifically talking about social media etc. That suggests it could be the handbags at the final whistle.

@luRRka posted a more thorough version of the rule and it seems that E3 does cover violent conduct and so it could well be that.

From some source:

" Any breach associated with "looking away" during a post-match handshake will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Previous punishments have involved both parties being locked in a room for several minutes, with strict instructions not to speak to each other, rather they are to engage in long meaningful stares to ensure that both parties understand that the eyes are the window to the soul"

Conte's Instagram post was done in jest. He wasn't serious and didn't say the ref should never do Chelsea games again. Conte has done sod all wrong here.

Full video is on SpursPlay. Couple things, they cut it off right at the best part and the video does show Conte looking at Tuchel's eyes, so he was definitely trolling with that lol.

I believe they have until the 18th to appeal, so after the 18th it should be confirmed one way or another.
