I don’t understand this “run towards the half way line then either sideways pass it or pass it backwards and then jog a little bit” tactic that we play. This tactic wasn’t on football manager when I played it. Boy how the beautiful game has moved on!

This formation has clear deficiencies & he’s unable to switch things up effectively.
