We will only ever be successful by chance not by boards way of thinking or planning . Crisis talks are ongoing regarding contes future at the club . Levy does not want to remove him from his post now but manager has checked out. The only soloution seems to be settling his departure. Pressure from the Players having checked out of the manager and they should not be wearing the badge. Conte is certainly to blame but he shouldn’t share the whole blame . Levy is trying to seek a perm manager with mason to take cover after the international break . Poch is on the list for certain and he will take the job on certain conditions. Levy and him won’t move forward without understanding the way things became rotten .

Poch has communicated to friends at the club he will come back if gets what he wants . He wants to come home for certain however personal conversations need to happen for that hurdle to be removed .

Seems nailed on we will wait around for months to find out which one of Tuchel/Poch doesn't get the Madrid job and all our other candidates will get jobs in the meantime, then neither of those two end up joining anyway.

Gasperini's Atalanta side of a couple years ago played the most exciting football I've seen in the entirety of the 21st century with a 3 at the back formation.
We've had 3 counterattack specialists in a row. There lies the issue.

Believe it or not they actually have a brilliant relationship . Things went sour and levy lost patience on a professional levy due to his own poor planning with the board refreshing the squad . They squeezed every ounce out of the poch era while focusing fully on the new complex . The squad went stale that was the downfall . Both levy and Poch need to admit past mistakes on both sides more so levy and he wants full control of all footballing decisions to be the manager of Tottenham not the head coach . will it work out for us we never know and probably won’t but we won’t know unless we give that process another go !
The worst is seeing us overrun in a midfield 2...chasing shadows all day. But yes I never ever ever want to see a back 3 again as a primary formation.
