One thing I’d like to see from Richy is a bit more ‘game Smart’ on when to foul whilst pressing (can stop opposition momentum) and when not to (can kill our momentum). He keeps tumbling into their defenders/midfielders when pressing which takes the pressure off them.

Richarlison looking very sharp it has to be said.
I get quite irritated when people say he isnt good enough.

Yes he can be quite wasteful but the reason he plays as Brazils 9 is because he is relentless in his desire to score.

He never stops running into the channels and in behind. It makes him a nightmate to deal with but not only that he has the determination to score even of he has 1% of doing so.

That is hard to find in attacking players today

A real noticeable difference this half we've been playing left footed on the left right footed on the right so we've been getting to the line not cutting back in.

Richarlison looks a way better fit for this system than Kane atm. Same with Perisic and Son (Time will tell, he's clearly rusty).
I would love for us to go Royal instead of Porro for added defensive solidity and Gio and Maddison as eights.

Good hustle up top this half

Solomon and Richi have been a real step up vs. their first half counterparts

Gio looks like he should stay too. Whether he can play alongside Maddison is TBD.

Reggie showing interest too - nice to see

We're not far off IMO. Just a really good CB short of a pretty good side with a lot more to come as Ange's team settles.

Likes Erik Lamela, deal with it.

No he isn't, lets not go mad here. Bentancur is easily our best midfielder when fit, followed closely by Bissouma. Lo Celso has a LOT of work to do to convince me he is going to make it here (I hope he does).

Again I am enjoying the football much more second half.
Much more passing and movement. One touch stuff

Perisic is flourishing in this system.
Yep he suits this well as at his age he doesn't have to run doggies up and down 60 yards he can just use his quick feet and good technical ability 1 on 1 and use his experience to know when to keep the ball vs when to beat his man etc, could be very useful under Ange's style of football, perfect technical player for 1 and 2 touch.

Yeah I think that sounds about right. Defense starting to look like:

Emerson - Romero - newCB - Udogie

Midfield going to be combinations of:

Bissouma and Maddison - sure things to start
...complemented by one of Gio, Bentancur, Sarr etc., depending on opposition

Richi in attack (as I expect Kane to go) and then any of the rest alongside. I like the look of Solomon
