Imagine if she fell madly in love with our own Pape, and they got married. And they double-barrelled their surnames.
She'd be Sarr-Condis. That's nuts.
Sarr-Condis. Nuts.
I digress.
Jesus. Busy day at work mate?Imagine if she fell madly in love with our own Pape, and they got married. And they double-barrelled their surnames.

Transfer deadline time takes precedence over work mate, what sort of amateur are you.Jesus. Busy day at work mate?
Don't see the logic in this whatsoever without an option and very unlike Dear Leader.
Out of interest, did Odegaard go to Arsenal the first time around without an option?
Ansu Fati: Brighton hijack Tottenham’s move for Barcelona star
Ansu Fati has agreed to move to Brighton & Hove Albion after they hijacked Tottenham Hotspur’s bid to sign him at the 11th hour. Brighton made a late move for the Barcelona forward after Tottenham had all but agreed a deal, also on loan, and were waiting on the final agreement from the player.www.thetimes.co.uk
Ansu Fati: Spurs want wonderkid who took Lionel Messi’s Barcelona shirt
Tottenham Hotspur have held talks about signing Ansu Fati on loan from Barcelona, but a deal is complicated by him earning about £13.7 million a year at the Spanish giants.
The 20-year-old Barcelona forward will have limited opportunities as he is behind five attacking players in the pecking order and has played only 47 minutes as a substitute in Barcelona’s opening three league matches.
The Catalan club are willing to let Fati leave but they want his salary covered in full. They believe that other Premier League clubs, including Chelsea, could also be an option as it is not clear whether Fati wants to join Tottenham.
Fati has had to shoulder a lot of responsibility, having been labelled a wonderkid since coming through the ranks at the club he joined aged ten after moving to Spain from Guinea-Bissau.
At the age of 18 he was handed the No 10 shirt when Lionel Messi left the club in 2021 after Sergio Agüero and Philippe Coutinho turned down the chance to take the jersey. He scored six goals in 15 matches in the first season replacing Messi, which was disrupted by a serious hamstring injury. Last season he started only 12 of his 36 league matches and scored ten times in 51 appearances across competitions. Barcelona want to offload a number of players and also have to resolve the futures of Clément Lenglet, Abde Ezzalzouli, Eric Garcia and Marcos Alonso.
We are in the stronger negotiating position on this one. No reason why we should bow to them.I don't see us taking him on loan without an option. Only personal opinion but seems a bit mad and don't think DL would go for that.
I think he’s good but on what planet is he world class? For the position we are in (without Europe), I dont mind a loan without purchase option for a season for a world class player. Its not like we are developing him. He is already world class player who is looking for minutes due to his injury record.
If we are covered salary wise (even if he is injured by some clauses), there is no downside risk.
If he does really well, Barca may want him back - dont think he will then be sold off. If he does well, & we reach CL, thats a good thing for us.
If we cant agree on a purchase option clause, at the least, we should have a first option on him if he is sold.
He's really poorWould Eric Garcia be worth a look as a backup CB? Played at City and Barca so is likely to be confident on the ball, plus homegrown.
Barca would have to cover a lot of his wages and they need him completely off bill in order to get Felix i think. Who is also on mega wages.I'm going to guess that this ends with him going on a dry loan to Sevilla.

Absolutely baffling if there’s no option/obligation
