Heard the story didn’t realise it was a joke about Sedgley
Apparently Steve had quite a long neck and it was Gazza practical joke, he knew people at Broxbourne Zoo and got them to bring the ostrich to the training ground and put the shirt on it , that's how David told the story.
It's a good interview with David as he came through the ranks at Spurs as a youngster and speaks of his love for the club.

Chris Cowlin of the spurs chat podcast had Nigel Farage as his special guest the other day.
Not turning this into a politics thread but that's an interesting choice. Don't listen to his stuff but seems like a lot do but I won't be listener now anyway.

Echo of Glory more deserving of a podcast award than VFTL IMO. As good as it is the former is just more complete and entertaining
Echo of Glory is good, but unfortunately they all talk over and interrupt each other.
Most of them talk sense but it’s not as slick as VFTL, who are all broadcasters/journos.

He’s getting hammered on twitter for it. Not listened to Chris since the stadium build, not sure it was worth the money he will have got. The other guesses look uncomfortable with it.

Forgive the ignorance but what about him and the stadium build?

Lovely interview with Aaron Lennon of the Spursplay ‘Off the Shelf’ podcast. Really interesting comments about AVB.

What he say about AVB? Big fan I think if I remember rightly?
Yes, apparently AVB was much loved by all the players. Aaron suggested that the managers downfall was that maybe he was too emotional. Aaron came across really well and covered some of his mental health struggles. A very quietly spoken man who shied away from the media during his playing days. And, like most players in this time period, absolutely raves about Ledley.

Might have been posted elsewhere , great discussion on Spurs finances with Kieran Maguire, other clubs are mentioned as well. Good info on Chelsea hotel deal towards the end and Man City charges.

Interesting View From The Lane today. More so when you remember that Pitt-Brooke is a City fan and Charlie Eccleshare is Arsenal. They were both talking more sense than Danny Kelly…

They normally do; suppose they can be more objective when they're not looking through rose-tinted specs etc.
