I've been a couple of times to the Lamex to watch youth games and this seems pretty poor even by what I've seen before - fair or this is pretty standard?

Jaden Brown is such a neat player. Hadn't really seen much of him before, but I've really enjoyed watching him against Dortmund and today.

Yeah our full backs look good .standared for us seem to have a production line.Imo Edwards plays to deep.He only really comes alive around the box.

working fine for me, maybe switch browser? you haven't missed much anyway.

That was such a poor overall performance IMO. Swansea were physical but very average and we looked cloggy. I really can't understand how Shashoua is sat on the bench whilst the likes of Georgiou and Pritchard are getting starts; he's not there physically yet but he has much more ability and can create/set tempo.

I was actually really disappointed by Amos and Eyoma tonight too, two players who I like.

Only saw 2nd half and thght Edwards was a peripheral figure besides cutting in and blazing over two chances. That cut in looks like a trademark move and reminds me of hazard but from the opposite flank.

Bennetts looked lively. Bit selfish, but pretty decent dribbler, powerful with a decent cross. If he can learn to tackle could be a top wing back in the modern game.

Really enjoyed watching amos mop up and distribute. I know skipp has the promise but amos stood out a bit more for me in what was a tricky battle in midfield that we struggled to overpower.

Last thing....i will never complain about football commentary again after watching that ;)

It was a very sluggish performance with little understanding between the players and passing was poor which is unusual for a Tottenham youth team. I had expected much more energy from the young players but only Bennetts and Tracey brought that to the game late on. Georgiou never got into the game and while Edwards was prepared to run with the ball and showed glimpses of what he can do, he was mostly crowded out by Southampton defenders.

#thfc As Poch said, no Mini Messi tomorrow but there's a chance Bennetts (benched) is in the squad.

not sure if he knows something or just speculating.

Speculating possibly.

Bennetts does seem to be on the fast track at the club. He was given under 21 football at 16 so the coaches obviously think he's got something.

When you think Bennetts is 18.5 yrs.Wouldnt exactly call it fast track.Davies I think was 18 making debut in EPL.Woodburn is still 17 I think.Bennetts hasn't even been on bench yet.Tob defo seems to be the fast track guy.Poch must really really rate him to be involved at 17.When likes of Edwards aren't even getting a sniff.
