I looked last night to see if there was a game to go to, and I don't remember seeing one.

Was it home or away? Do you know the team?

it was in the new u18 pl cup rather than the league - i made the same mistake when looking at fixtures.

De Bie (c), Lock, Reynolds, Bowden, Statham, Lyons-Foster, Patterson, P Maghoma, Richards, A Shashoua, Markanday

i would be disappointed if kwp and edwards are not involved in the match against barnsley. it is not only about youth promotion, but also rotation to keep our players fresh. we have a small first team squad and we have four injured players (rose, lamela, wanyama and gkn), we can't just use 15-16 outfield players in a such congested fixture.

if edwards isn't even getting a run in the haribo cup then you'd have to question what's going on. as @edson said elsewhere, tomorrow's pl2 squad should tell us whether he'll be involved or not as it's unlikely he'll do double duty.

just looked and he played for the u23s two days before the gillingham game.

it would be disappointing if he doesn't. the boy had committed by signing the contract and his performance on the pitch has been great. he deserves the chance.

I would prefer him to come on around 60 minute mark. The Barnsley players should be tiring by then after chasing us about, give him more room and possibilities. Defo should be on the bench at least, will be surprised if he isn't unless injured or such like.

I think Georgiou can do a job there as can KWP. Personally I think Bennetts should be given a chance as he has been outstanding this season. I also think KWP should get a chance on the right as it is his natural position.

I've only seen Bennetts once and it was last week. I have to agree, I was very impressed by him. I'm happy to hear that he has been playing at that level consistently.
