Doesn't matter if we get Southgate out whoever gets the job next will be in the same mold. That said we just don't have the players to be any better and the managers don't really know what to do with the ones we have. But mostly we don't have the players.

To be fair Southgate would prefer Alli as well and then you've only changed a CB and a Keeper who aren't going to have much influence on the attacking play. So the only real change would be Winks. I'm not having a dig at you, I just think it's harder to pick a decent England team at the moment than some people think.

Sacked for qualifying for the world cup? He's a very uninspiring manager, but he's achieved his objective so far so I can't see how you can sack him. I think we have to give him the chance to see what he can do in a tournament.... and then sack him.
