Except I was talking about the protection KWP got on his side as opposed to the time Sissoko spent centre/right. 7 touches on his side, only two actually in our half, compared to 27 centre/right.

Depends how they do out on the loans of course but I'd say more £500k-£1m, plus maybe add-ons. Still more than recoups the cost of training them you expect and keeps the academy going to produce the occasional more valuable played (Bentaleb, Townsend) or even a first-teamer (Rose, Kane).

I might be wrong, but that sounds the classic "Spurs" move when a player is deemed surplus, but possibly worth a couple of bob.

Would you believe it the two finalists in the U17 Alkass Tournament are PSG and Kashiwa, the two teams in Spurs u17's group.
Kashiwa were unbelievably lucky against Spurs (Spurs hit the woodwork 4 times and missed 3 good chances) in their 3-2 win. Again in the semi against Benfica their luck was quite amazing. PSG are a class act but Spurs finishing 9th is a bit unfortunate to say the least.

PSG was with 24 hours rest as well. Yeah 9 th is very misleading. I actually watched walkes a few times play for Atlanta. I thought he looked quite decent and the Atlanta fans loved him. Honestly thought he could be championship level.500k in today’s market would seem very cheap.

we gift a lot of goals with sloppy play by trying to play from out of the back. plus there's a lot of bang average players in the u23 squad.

sterlings missed a pen, wasnt a horrible pen just was hit to casually. The more disappointing aspect is that Sterling in general hasnt looked that interested at all.

Fact Shillow Tracey's been our best attacking outlet sums this game up perfectly. Sacrifising all attacking intent to keep it tight at the back. Occasionaly sprinkling in the odd toothless counter attack in between. Really wished we had Shashou in to add some sort of creative quality to the side.
