Harry Kane believes Tottenham are in a position to finally “achieve things” this season under Jose Mourinho.

Spurs have made an encouraging start to the campaign as they briefly led the Premier League last weekend before dropping to second, are in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals and are in good shape to qualify for the Europa League knockout stages.

No and if he stays injury free he will be player of the season imo.

I was thinking has he ever won spurs player of the year. Last 2 years have been sonny, eriksen the year before? Jan I think the year before that? Would be scandalous him not picking up a few along the way.

It's the same issue as @Trix said: if he can play a whole season without missing two months, he'll walk it.

Absolute truth. I think he was injury free in 2015 when he did indeed win spurs player of the year. Hopefully with vinicious, bale et al, he will get the rest in games he should have always had. Unfortunately he's been overworked. Good to see with his work this season he doesn't look burned out.

Thanks for a good post David.
