Really surprised by the number of Hugo votes. Definitely a great keeper but a fairly standard season from him, not that that is necessarily a reason to not be pots.

Our U21 staff.

Bentaleb, Kane and Fryers showed they can play with the big boys and several prospects are in the making.

Most positive point this season for me.

From the first teamers:

1. Lloris - average stuff from him
2. Eriksen - above average since 2014
3. Adebayor - on his way back down but had pretty good moments compared to our rest.

The losers list:

1. Soldado - well, I wish him a goal more than anybody else. Nice guy but failed miserably
2. Vertonghen - can be so much better and should be a leader not a moaner
3. Lennon - he had enough time to show what he can't do
4. Rose - didn't expect too much, but he was worse
5. Townsend - not really effective
6. Paulinho - Brazilian international and first teamer they said
7. Sigurdsson - a goal here a goal there...thats all
8. Dawson - he isn't high up this list says it all for us this season
9. Dembele - don't improve, always the same
10. Sandro - always injured, not finding his best form at any time this season sadly.

Special awards goes to Erik Lamela for being not there.

Our coaching staff wins the losers list by a mile though.

7 goals and 2 assists in a terrible disjointed season, in his first season in England isn't too shabby a return

Don't get the hate of paulhino really.

Brazilian jenas they say. JJ has only scored 8 goals max in his entire career. Good chance Paulinho will match that before seasons done

Lennon has never scored that amount ever

I look forward to seeing him in a settled team

He has been consistently our best player throughout the season, Eriksen is now coming up strong but maybe too late to win it IMO.

Anyone who is now saying Eriksen has a pretty short term memory. Hugo has been good all season. Eriksen has only been consistently good in the last 5 or so games.

I think in terms of consistency it has to be Lloris. Yes he had a bit of wobble mid season, but overall and for the vast majority of it he's been our most consistent player.

Credible mentions to Eriksen and Adebayor.

Hugo for me and lets be honest Eriksen has a very good chance of winning it next season if he avoids serious injury.

Lloris is the only one who has shown moments of quality throughout the season.

Think it's less to do with him having a particularly outstanding season and more to do with nobody else having one.

He's the only player in the squad who's performed to a top class standard for the whole season and is not only the outstanding candidate for player of the season, but the only candidate if you're looking at the season as a whole rather than patches of games.

Lloris.

Eriksen a close second and Adebayor a distant third.

Let's hope they are all still with us next season.

Add to that a new manager with some kind of pedigree and we can look forward to next season.

I don't get criticism of Paulinho. I'm stunned anyone's looked decent with the shambles running them.

Hugo Lloris has been consistent and pretty great this season.. Even Alan Shearer thinks its between him or Marshall for goalie of year

Other Contenders:
Adebayor
Eriksen
Walker

However all three of those have only been good for 1/2 season whilst Lloris been good throughout year, even with being knocked out

The poll should be named 'least horrifying player of the season'. I would, indubitably, go for Lloris, as he has been the most consistent performer this season. Looking at the names in Spurs' squad:

Dembélé
Lamela
Eriksen
Soldado
Capoue
Adebayor
Vertonghen
Walker
Lennon
Townsend
Paulinho
Sandro

...and so on, and so on. Three words comes to mind: Underperformance. Injuries. (Poor) management.

But those 5 games has given us hope for the future and a new Wonder boy! Enough for me...

It's a very close race between Eriksen and Lloris. Lloris gets my vote because he's been playing well all season.

I voted for Lloris, he has performed well almost every game. Eriksen has performed well for the second half of the season.
