2016/17 Kit

That season we got smashed an aggregate of 9-0 v Pool, 11-1 by City, 5-1 by Chelsea, 5-0 by Wham, beaten twice by Woolwich. How we ended it with 69 points and in 6th after those results is quite simply astonishing. The football was dogshit but we somehow managed to win a lot of games.

If I remember correctly, didnt we do the double over Poch's Southampton? Funny old game.

If that really is our kit, I'm praying to God it's not, then that is a disgrace to our history considering it's our last ever season at the Lane. Surely you give a nod to the past and go with a updated version of the first ever kit we wore at WHL.....

That is piss poor.

It's not fucking difficult to design an appropriate and classy kit.

It's a sad state when mock ups of new designs are better than the actual kit manufacturers.

Under Armour have always added something that wasn't needed to our home kits, other than their very first one. I do think it's something that may look a lot better as a whole kit but I do know one thing and that's that I sure as hell won't be buying that shirt. Once again it's gonna be the away or 3rd shirt for me.

I actually quite like the colour palette, that gold is much better than yellow IMO.

Thing that gets me is the collar, the abrupt cut off of the gold rim makes it look like the away kit and the home kit have been poorly sown together. As @ajspurs says, I think with shorts and socks on the field it will look better and no doubt once we have got used to it people will be okay with it or even like it, but for me, as the last kit at WHL it's really poor.

Yeah I agree. Funnily enough this is the 3rd home shirt in 4 years where I think the collar just looks fucking weird, how hard is it to get a bloody collar right.
