3 changes to change our season

The following 3 action points will probably not be everyone's choice course of action, but for me, they would have the most effective impact on our club and would kick start our season:

1) AVB out and someone in/promoted up to cover until a big name manager becomes available in the summer. The players do not look like they are "playing" for the manager, and we unfortunately need that lift that comes in when teams change managers.

2) Play 442 with a line up of:

Loris
Walker Chiriches Verts Rose(fryers until rose fit)
Lamela/Lennon Sandro Eriksen Townsend
Soldado Dzeko

3) You will have spotted it above, sign Dzeko. He wants to leave citeh, and anyone who thinks ade playing alongside bobby will do anything is wearing rose tinted glasses. Ade is lazy and is not consistent enough. Dzeko is a 25 goal a season striker who is so undervalued at citeh its mind boggling.

Please lets just concentrate on what we have available to us first. We have a lot of quality in our squad as it is. We have to decide how best to use it.

Point 3. Chriches/Verts/Sandro = injured, Rose/Eriksen = recovering Dzeko not ours to play.
Pssibly AVB has not been able to field the team he wants to field even once this season, due to injuries [Kaboul as well], but that doesnt forgive his style of play.

4-4-2 is past. Over & those 2 up top don't appear to be on paper an ideal 2 up top pairing

A player like Tevez or Kuyt or Rooney would work better with either of them

We need minor changes in a lot of places, not wholesale changes.

We need to play Lloris every game. Brad on the bench.
We make 4-2-3-1 our strength. By rotating our DMs so Paulinho gets a rest
We play a LB at LB, if not we play Verts or Chiriches
We play Dawson when we have to not when he can play
We leave Townsend on the bench
We play Lamela on RW & Lennon as impact sub
We play Dembele at CAM if Eriksen not fit or need more strength up top
