Arrogant, aggressive, cynical rot bag. Love him. Rose, Dier and Alli all have a bit of the "horrible f***er" about them, most definitely has helped eradicate our historically soft underbelly.

The whole leaving our defence vulnerable, is part of the tactics though.

Our FB's go forward, Dier slots in the middle to cover with 3 at the back (often 4 as both FB's don't go bombing at the same time.

Works pretty well.

Played a stormer on Sunday. Still an overreacting hot-head, but he's channeling it in the right way now. So much energy.

What I loved about it is how his performance went up a few notches once the crowd went against him.

He may be an arrogant, aggressive, cynical rot bag but he's our arrogant, aggressive, cynical rot bag.

If Terry had made the block that Rose did the media would still be going on about it.

He is done. Time to give Sessegnon a go as Davies isn't up to it either.

It’s not like Poch has been sitting around holding Sessegnon back, he was injured and then re-injured himself. Obviously he’ll get a chance when available.

I’d even prefer he keeps taking his time to fully recover and eases into the team too, despite the current impulse to throw him in for a fix to our poor run. I hope the club don’t become shortsighted and pressured into rushing him back, because we’re better off him being fit and healthy over the longer term rather than to cover this current rut.

Hamstring injuries can be very difficult and can easily become a chronic issue if not treated properly, as Dele and many others have shown.
