Indeed, which makes it all the more abhorrent that the Daily Mail lead with "£55,000 a week footballer". As if that should make you immune. Disgusting rag.

Money doesn't buy happiness as they say and it certainly doesn't shield you from mental health problems.

Get well soon Azza.

I will be honest, it does make a difference. Whilst he must be going through hell and deserves nothing but support, He has the money to pay for the best psychiatrists and can completely concentrate on his recovery without having any financial worries. That makes a huge difference.

A “mate” who's a Chelsea fan sent me a mock up for him in a strait jacket. Chelsea fans showing their class as usual.

Loved Lennon when he was at Spurs. His first couple of seasons with us were full of excitement. Loads of great memories too...the winner v Chelsea, the equaliser v Arsenal, the late winner v Liverpool, the match-winning assist v Milan, he's a player I'll always think of fondly.

Hope he gets well soon, and as always the Daily Heil can go and fuck itself.

It doesn't make a difference in the sense that it doesn't make him immune from it because of his money. The mail were basically asking how can a millionaire think he's got problems.

I hope he recovers as quickly as he tore through Arsenals defence in March 2013

My sentiments exactly, for both Lennon and that infernal newspaper.

Ahh because less freedom of the press is exactly what we need:rolleyes:

Get well soon, Aaron

Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press don't come for free. The price is common decency which some journalists still seem unable grasp as a concept.

Of course, they are idiots for trying to make that point.

Who are these people? & does one go after the demand or the supply?
