Kane looks a very mature player. United tried to rough us up there but we just outplayed them. Their number 8 is a supreme ****, great to see him give away the pen.

Spurs TV should do this

I'd love it if THFC provided all the Academy matches on a free stream. I'd watch every one.

Waller-Lassen caught the eye with his quick change of direction. Shame the shot was a bit high.

John Cofie's certainly a real talent for Man U. I have no doubt that he'll make the top level. He was the only player on the pitch on a par with Harry Kane.

Kane's a lot bigger than the rest of the kids, which is sometimes a worry as the perceived talent can evaporate when his peers catch up to him in height and bulk. In Harry's case though, his game looks to be based on technique rather than muscle. He's a really exciting prospect. I may even stick a fiver on him being in the England squad for 2014 - odds must be pretty good for an 'unknown' surely?

I was also really impressed with his attitude. as captain, he did his job brilliantly in pulling his teammate away from pursuing a confrontation with the little LB that had just hacked him down. Like Kendall said - real maturity. The future's bright for this lad.

My only concern with Kane is that he could have gone through 1 on 1 with the keeper at one point in the second half if he'd shown a change of pace. Instead he chose to lay it off wide. Was this just a poor decision that will improve with experience, or does he not have that burst of speed in the locker?

The commentary said that Spurs were bigger and stronger and Man U's own site said so too - but it's clearly just a smokescreen. They're trying to make out that we did well only because we were more physically developed. Nice try lads, but we were simply better.

Kane looks very calm in possession - a top prospect. Not the quickest, but as a deep lying forward I think he could be a good player

Obviously way too early to tell mind you

Tunnicliffe - what a tosser

Luongo looked good, never heard of him before

He's an Aussie midfielder who we picked up from Sydney Tigers. Turns 18 next month. We gave him a trial in a couple of foreign tournaments but he's now started popping up in domestic games as well so I imagine he's officially joined as a 2nd year Academy player now.
