Ade show some effort in the last game of the season (I hope others are given a chance over you) instead of thinking about the beach or your charities etc. Spurs pay your wages be professional in this game at least

The only thing that I disagree with Ade here is that he hopes that Tim remains our manager. Other than that, it seems like a perfectly reasonable and generous tribute to his colleague.

It's probably fair to say that Ade knows Tim a lot better than any of us.

Tim to me comes across as an honest, hardworking and loyal kind of a guy and I too wish him well for the future.

Yeh must be cool to have a manager who has so little disciplinary effect that you can dodge out of the way of free kicks .

I wonder if some people (I won't call them 'orrible ****s, because I'm better than that! ;)) would have the same reaction if Sandro came out and said "Sherwoods an awful manager, I hope he leaves Spurs". Probably not. I mean, most of them were up in arms because he dared to tweet something innocuous.

I do not get why Sherwood gets so much support by some Spurs fans. The man does not know what he is doing, has no loyalty to the club and I have heard he is a bit of a d*** head if you know him. This will be Tim's only sojourn into management so I can relax because he will be gone in one games time.

Maybe it's the increasing influence of PPG statistics to justify keeping the person in charge. People like to say his comments are refreshing and honest, instead of snide and unprofessional. Depends how you view it, I come down on the latter. To me he's embarrassing, and his tantrums on the sidelines show a man not capable of managing this team.

Adebayor's comments are PR, he's not going to say anything other than a positive but also neutral 'its up to the chairman...' comment. Whether he truly feels this way shouldn't be decided based on this article.
