In true adoption style I'm happy to be assigned to any of the players that are suggested to me.

Any suggestions?

It's a tough one between Chadli, Bentaleb, Lamela and Rose but for the comments I saw about Chadli on Sunday it has to be him.

I think this is a good idea for players who don't get as much credit as they should and get unduly criticized, like Rose or Chadli perhaps, but for certain other players it's led to there being a posse of more hard core fanatics who simply won't tolerate any dissenting voices against their chosen players, which has been to detriment of free speech and discussion and the threads of those players could easily (if they haven't already) turn into endless sycophantic messages about those players. Why would I even bother putting messages in those threads if I know there's a dozen Taliban like zealots waiting to pounce and neg rate every detrimental comment about their player?

Given their wages, can I have a player adopt me?... :playful:

nevermind... fazio and davies might be challenging adoptions, but sign me up to adopt Dele Alli (y)

all rosey now, but let's see when the knives come out....

quick question regarding this. As you adoptive parnets have to defend your "children" at all costs does that mean spamming or WTF'ing people who put a differing view into the match day thread? I noticed some last night defending players to the hilt. and i instantly thought. Ahh this must be because they have adopted them. rather than what game where they watching.

This isn't about blind defending. This is about finding the positive in everything they do.

The guys adopting Lamela will hopefully show that although its not working as well as you hoped there are more positives to his game and the negatives are something he can overcome.
