I love them all - can I take them all home? Please!!!

Its tough picking just 1. I am probably Dier's biggest backer at CM, so I'll back him even if I don't adopt him. I am a big fan of Alli, and what he has shown in a short period of time - his adoptive parents will be proud.

I really like what Toby has brought to the defense, and I feel like Walker may be the mutt who sits in the window but who would make a great pet.

But, the one player I am most looking forward to, and will adopt is Son. He will be like the Son I never had. I've got his back through all his growing pains.
3 months later, and I still feel the same.

Bentaleb making me proud - his play looks effortless out there.

Collecting that paycheck just as his father would hope to do

Mine appears to have run away. No idea where he is - anyone seen him?

Not had to do much in defence of Dembele so far..

Nada.

He's been fantastic. Wasn't a popular choice for this this thread but I always wanted us to sign this guy. His Spurs career so far has been indifferent but finally we're starting to see consistent performances at a high level. And because of that he's really contributing to this team's upward trajectory.

He's immense when he's at it and he now looks leaner and injury free - the hip problem etc.

My son is doing me proud.

Don't even need to defend him any more, Lamela has made himself one of the first name son the team sheet in my opinion.

Cracking work, and all because of my encouragement....

Alli is having a stunning season, performing at a high level, and learning all the time.

The arrogance of the young and ordained(at least by the media) has reared its ugly head since that stunning England debut on a couple of occasions, but that's all part of the process, and I don't think there's a person out there that wouldn't experience that after the way he's been playing.

When he's played in his natural central midfield position, or even a defensive midfield position, he is fantastic. When played in an advanced/creative role his performance suffers, as its not natural to him. If the Gerrard comparisons are to be considered, then also consider that Gerrard started very much as a leggy destroyer type, with a thunderbolt shot. He matured into a Bryan Robson all action player, and then peaked as the second striker in behind Torres.

Alli can very much follow this route. Get the basics and physicality of the game down while gaining experience. Right now he's playing well, but is only at the start of his career. He is going to get so, so much better.

Dear Aunty

It's been a while. We are all good, little Poch has come on leaps and bounds. He still has the occasional brainfart but we couldn't be happier with the effort and progress he has shown. He is doing something very special, and e all hope he continues on this path.

how are your kids doing? I hear some good, some not so....

hope we'll have some silverware when you visit in the summer..

Love

I umed and ahed but eventually adopted tom carroll.

Gave it subsequent thought and decided the best thing I can do for him as a parent is take a back seat, let him stand on his own two feet and fend for himself in the big wide world.

It suits me and I'm sure he'll thank me for it one day - plus while he's out doing that I can get my life back (it's a win-win)
