I think people are not giving Ramos much credit, I am sure he is fully aware of Hutton. Hutton is a much sought after player. He has been very impressive in the Champions League.

I think they both sit down with Levy and maybe Poyet and discuss what areas they need to strengthen and what attributes that player should have, and i am sure Comolli would identify targets and run them by Juande.

I suspect that Ramos says what type of player he wants and then Comolli sees what players he can find who fit the bill, are under 21, injury prone and have crazy hair. Then he buys them.
