Alli Goal

Morning all. My brother's mate is a Palace fan and sent him this video of Alli's goal at Selhurst Park that he filmed on his phone. I thought I'd share it with you as, obviously, it's a cracker, but also because the guy at the bottom of the picture half-heartedly giving two fingers to Alli made me chuckle.

The video quality isn't superb but it's always nice to watch the goal again, regardless!

Interesting how Lamela goes over and celebrates with them whilst Nabil just runs past clapping. Not that one should necessarily read into such things.

Good spot. He's obviously not exactly the sort of personality poch is after but I think he's being worked on to bring him round to the team ethic needed. Up to him to adopt the right attitude.

He has entitlement issues for sure, imo.

If he gets his head right he could be a big player for us for years to come.

There's just no room in our squad for big time charlies though, that's what he's finding difficult.

He has to mature.

Love that, really shows how quick and agile he was as Joe Ledley (I think) was steaming in to head that away and he flicked at just away from him.

If that had been disallowed for high boot that refs arsehole would've ended that night shaped like a broken umbrella opened up wide!

The way Eriksen runs from that perspective makes it hard to see Ledley. Makes it look as if Alli is just flicking it up for the sake of it.

It's my hunch, mate (da bells!!). Observed him closely. I know he's ya boi n' all BC and I'm rooting for him to come on strong, just like you, so don't get your g-string hitched up there any further about this, bud. It's just how I sense things with him.
