Not really. He can do what he likes.

Robbie Keane is just a footballer. Football is just a game.

Not something that ranks highly on my 'Things To Get Wound Up About' list.

I'd be very sad to see him go... but £20m for a 28 year old?

It softens the blow.

Keane simply can't be compared to Sol Campbell.

I was very bitter and had a bit of kneejerk reaction when i first heard he wanted to leave, hes just one my fav players, and its going to be hard watching him in another teams shirt. Hes been with us for 6 years, in the modern game that is such a long time. I wish him the best, but its gona be hard to get over this one.

He is a Tottenham legend.

Your opinion is shit. Don't bother giving one in future. :bang:

:clap::clap:Couldn't agree more:clap::clap:

Personally, it really angers me to see all this Judas shit about Keane.

First off, all we know so far is essentially rumour mongering (sp?). Keane has never come out and officially said anything. I can't believe people read this shit in the red tops and actually believe it.

Secondly, he has been nothing but a loyal servant to our club for longer than many players play for their clubs. He has clearly given his all. Who cares if he flaps his arms around uncontrollably.......all I care about is what he does with the ball.

If he goes then I will definately bid him a very fond farewell and he will always be a Spurs player in my heart:)

At the end of the day, if we get £20m for him I won't bat an eyelid.

Scored some great goals but was never a constant menace to opposing defences and missed a few sitters too.

We got our money's worth out of him, but I just wish we'd kept Defoe because if he plays every week, he scores goals, simple as.

For all the spin Mr Levy has put on it, I still think with the amount of midfielders we're bringing in we'll be going with 1 up front and that was always the plan..

And now we'll have £50m to spunk and still have Bent who I still rate as one of the BEST goalscorers in the Premier League.

In fact, if we do end up bringing in Capel and Bentley, I think we'd be able to bring Gary Doherty back and he'd score 20 next season with the amount of chances we'll create.

1st point: Levys statement says he wants to leave
2nd point: What has he done on the pitch that makes you think he any more loyal than say a Jenas?

He got paid a huge amount of money. Some times he played well some time he went missing. He was no different to any other Spurs player and demonstrated his loyalty when the first big four bid came in by saying he wants to play for them.
