Yeah saw it all unfold on SSN yesterday. Very odd that he was ushered away and then ended up sitting next to the judges - where no one is allowed to be other than the judges, surprisingly.

The scorecard's shown after his interventions looked to have been altered too.

It's all very fishy indeed, yes.

The WBA has ordered a re-match.
The Geezers name, who is seen at ringside, is Mustafa Ameen.

An IBF representative who wasn't supposed to be at the fight, but was granted access after an IBF application to the WBA?

On what grounds? Just to spectate? I have the sneaky suspicion that this could drag on for some time, considering how many people have obviously cocked up here.

The fact he has been ordered a rematch so quick seems like they are hiding something?

Whereas the normal action would be to find out why he was there and what he influence had and what exactly he was saying?

He was an ibf official who was granted access by the dc commission to attend, but was not slated to be involved/officiating. Looks like an immediate rematch.. The pictures of him celebrating with the Peterson camp after the fight are just stupid on their part :duh:

For a sport which to all intents and purposes simply requires two people to hit eachother alot, boxing really is ridiculous

How hard is it to judge a fight without allowing random people to get involved?

It is not really that simple though is it, as the vast sums of money in boxing means that plenty of people will try to corrupt it.

quite a strange turn of events. Khans camp are saying the appeal was being heard without a number of parties/limited officials so only one side of the story would be put forth (or something along those lines). Freddie Roach has said he would like Pacman to fight Peterson next as his first choice opponent, thats probably what has turned things off here. That fight would be tailormade for Manny imo, a sloppy, slow come-forward fighter with a lot of heart. Lamont would get stopped against manny inside 8 rounds imo. Also i think roach has mentioned he'd like the khan/peterson rematch in dec 2012. Also theres some rumours that Khan maybe inline to fight Floyd on May 5th as PAcman is ducking floyd. That makes sense but cant see that happening.

Mayweather has already sounded out Sergio Martinez for May 5th as Arum won't make the fight with Manny happen till a more profitable date.

IMO I'd like to see Money fight against Martinez. A worthy Opponent.

Who surely In my eyes would bring more of a technical threat than Pacqauio

Problem is Pac-Man was most profitable after his wins over Hatton, Cotto and De La Hoya. If he'd fought Mayweather after that the fight would have been massive as fans were split over who would win, though most were predicting a Mayweather victory.

After Pac-Man's last fight people would still want to see it but Mayweather is a heavier favourite than he was before.

I agree, there would be no question about Mayweather's greatness if he won.
