If there is a chance of “rental” back to Brugge can you imagine what Levy will charge for CDW?!!

I always wondered with Loan backs,
1) presumably the new player will want to start earning the newer elevated wages sooner
2) does that mean Brugge pick up the extra salary costs?

im guessing it’s the kind of thing that still needs thrashing out so it’s never a simple Yes or No.

I found this video very insightful.

You can see why he's been earmarked as a future Sonny replacement.

This is the go to guy for Belgian players so I assume he may know about Belgian teams too

Can't see it going as high as 36m euros though unless the bonuses are win the treble etc

Good point, never thought of this.

Ornstein has made comments on Ask Ornstein but I’ve only seen the quotes on an aggregator account so not sure if I should share?

Not sure I agree, maybe he is more reliable with Belgian league players, but generally he's come out with some right bullshit in the past year.

If they want to best the Belgium record signing, no problem,

36 million is fine, as long as they pay a 10 million loan fee for the rest of the season...

Ornstein on Nusa from the Athletic website (not an aggregator or social):
It has not developed significantly since last week's reports, so it's close but not done. This is a top young player who many other big clubs are also looking at, so Spurs won't be getting ahead of themselves. A lot of work has clearly gone into it and they'll hope to this over the line - but only at a price they deem to be fair. The expectation is any deal would involve Nusa returning to Bruges until the end of this season.

If that figure is what they are actually after, which I could maybe understand given his potential but im still skeptical is accurate, then I'd want him joining now.
