Any tips for securing tickets for Real Madrid online

11:15 and got mine. Been in the queue since 8:55 and searched every stand as they are all orange but the only place i could find with a single was in the South upper, all the others must have been held so i'd imagine it to sell out in the next 20-30 minutes. If you are still waiting don't give up just yet as some people will keep adding tickets until they find a seat they want then release the others. The run of every game was stopped by this farce against Milan but happy to be back on track. Real Madrid at WHL for a CL QF FFS!!! So f'in excited!!!!!

Been in the queue since 8:10 and just over half way up the bar, been all the way up to stage 19 about 3 times, now back at 12.

We need a new queueing system, one that actually puts people in a queue based on when they joined the queue.

Gutted again, 70% of the Stad Plan was orange, yet not a single ticket in any block ?? Crazy. After poncing around in hope one mite fall out of someones basket i got booted back in the que !!! Thats nice.

I think that happened to me in that I had one in the basket and spent too long looking for another. I went to pay for the one in the basket and the fucking payment screen crashed and then booted me!!! :duh:

I got in via both browsers I used. Got in at about 10.15 and the entire stadium was orange. Thought it was my lucky day, but there was no availability ANYWHERE. I clicked every block in the entire stadium!! Eventually gave up after 25 minutes of clicking around because...

...my mate got me a ticket on the phone!!

So relieved and excited!! COYS!

It will let me enter the card number and thats it, not the expiry or method of payment option etc...anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Yeah, whole site froze for me, pulled up an error message and now put me into the back of the queue, people who are coming to the end of the queue, if the site isnt fucked, may have a reasonable chance at getting the last few tickets?

Try another browser. Firefox puts me in a que 1/3 of the way up Safari took me straight in. There are still a few odd tickets, that people must be putting in basket but not completing.

I'm being serious - I have just found another ticket in the East Upper which previously had none. I have two in my basket that I can realease - one North block 54 and the other East Upper block F

shouldn't be another que but does take a little while to process the payment - took me through to visa verify before purchase was confirmed.

I just clicked the continue shopping link and it took me back to the start of the que and logged me out...gutted.

Nothing to do with not having enough capacity, its all about having
a website that works the way it should.

I think many of us would stomach it if it was 1st come 1st served.

All I can suggest it that you open the page on different computers as they don't always progress at the same rate, as I've found from experience. Also try different browsers if you can. Good luck to you all.

Absolute joke of a system and it needs looking at....I cant believe a Club of our stature are so amateurish with this sort of thing.

Gutted about the AC game, but this takes the biscuit - devestated by getting a seat and then not being able to pay for it.

I didn't care what seat I got...but pissing about with different sections in the ground just wastes time and allows others to hold seats in their baskets and to keep trying to get a better seat...how the fuck is that fair?

Disgraceful system and set up if you ask me. It should just offer you any seat which is free in the ground or at least that choice.

Pathetic.
