Anyone any idea what this means? (tickets)

Trying to purchase 2 Man U tickets on exchange and assign one to the missus (something we've done loads of times before). It says we can both assign to each other, etc so no idea what this message means.

Not having purchased on the exchange for a while, so this is a total guess - But could it be anything to do with the level of membership? If you/your Mrs is an OH member rather than OH+ or something like that?

Otherwise, maybe just a glitch. Hopefully it gets resolved and you get your tickets!

Both OH+. Purchased Shaktar tickets a few days ago just fine.

Assume it's a bug/glitch but it seems a stupid one.
