Are Sky lying about how many EPL games they are showing?

I have just seen Sky's new year advert for Sky Sports which ends with the sentence "The Premier League Returns With More Live Matches Than Ever Before"

As far as I was aware the Premier League sells the rights to show 138 games in 6 packages of 23 games. Until 3 or 4 years ago Sky showed all 138 games and then the EU forced the EPL to sell games to more than one broadcaster. Setanta/ESPN have the rights to 2 packages or 46 games until the end of this season and then 1 package of 23 games from the start of next season. That means Sky currently show 92 games and from next year this will rise to 115, but seeing as they used to show 138 games how can they make the claim that they are in their current advert?

It clearly says 'Premier League', maybe they are including Premier League darts.

to be fair to Sky, Ever is only a small green toad-like creature, so yeah, Sky would have more games......

I'm sure that when the 17:30 games were introduced, it was with Prem Plus and Sky have never had the rights for those games. I remember them having a set of Monday Night Football games which ESPN now have. I don't know if I'm right but I'm certain that Sky have never had as many as 138 live games on in one season.

PremPlus was Sky, it was just PPV.
