Anyone seen that clip of a bloke asking Ty how much he thinks Arsenal are worth. Ty thinks about it for a few seconds and genuinely says ‘800 billion’. He wasn’t even joking. I don’t even think he meant 800 million because he knew Liverpool were valued at 4 billion and wouldn’t value Arsenal so much less than that. Such a weirdo.

Edit. Here it is. The ending is great too. Can’t stop banging on about the invincibles.

That's every single Woolwich fan though, they won't shut up about them.

No club in the world are better at allowing their former star players leaving for free:

- Lacazette
- Aubameyang
- Ozil
- Mustafi
- Ramsey
- Cazorla
- Rosicky
- Sagna

Well, you might want to ask the following.

If the Invincibles are so great, how come they lost two more matches than Liverpool did this season?

Liverpool lost to West Ham, Leicester, Inter and Real Madrid.

The so-called Invincibles lost to Man United, Middlesbrough (twice), Chelsea, Inter and Dynamo Kiev.

Arsenal played five fewer games too.

They weren't invincible. They were vincible. Six times.

Just had an interesting lunch mates gf is a gunner. Club support aside a really horrible girl ?

Wound her up so badly with Kulusevski Saka debate she was literally foaming at the mouth. Be in all honesty does anyone really believe Saka will get to Son levels and become world class ? My argument was he just doesn’t have enough wow moments in fact he doesn’t really have any. A bit of a Btec Sterling for me.

Genuinely think Kulusevski is better because he has the end product and stats to back it up.

The problem is Saka has been bigger up massively by a fan base who are clinging to the hope this boy becomes the next Henry.

I've said before, I think he's very good. But I can't see him becoming an elite player who wins big games on his own.

I mean Kane was scoring massive goals in his first proper season. Kulusevksi was a thorn against City and turned up in big moments for us.

He also started very well for Juventus and had people on the continent saying he could become a special player at 19.

I think a lot of people gloss over this.

Agree, he has that 'Carlton from fresh prince' thing about him that Sterling does when he runs, plus he still looks like he is at school.
Son is a hero for his fans and country, just can't see Saka reaching those levels

He was pretty bad for arsenal during his whole time there.
Yep, I Remember being gutted when they signed him.

From what I’d read he seemed like a potentially top class player.

Another big money signing leaving on a free having done very little.

He was overshadowed by the Masked Aubameyang fellah and never hit full social media factor 50

His goal scoring for Lyon was crazy-good and I remember we’d been linked with a few times.

Then Wenger got him using his fading French player power but he just did not do it for them, which is a shame! ????

They signed him half-way through Lacazette’s first season with hem and remember thinking that was a bizarre move at the time.

Who knows if it was because of Aubameyang being main centre forward with Lacazettet often pushed wide, or fact Lacazette just wasn’t suited so well to league?

By time Aubameyang moved on rot had set in with Lacazette as he had chance this season to go out in a goal scoring glory and didn’t happen, although where players are at mentally plays a big part as well and maybe Lacazette just didn’t feel it by that point.

Even the Woolwich fans referred to him as Lack A Threat.
In his last few games for them he was like a traffic cone when they really needed goals from him, so obviously he couldn’t wait to get out of there without an injury.

I think Saka and Sterling have that same quick gait running style which is eye catching a bit like Moura. But with all 3 invariably end up going nowhere and lead to nothing. Kulu is almost the opposite he’s not exactly the easiest on the eye in terms of how he moves, but his passing is so intelligent. Sometimes it’s more about how quickly the brain works as opposed to the feet. It’s funny I think Kulu was initially judged in much the same way Kane was.

Yes really good observation this. I feel that modern players are often underrated when they lack lightning pace. Especially in the Premier League. Pace and/or acceleration can be a joy to behold whether it be Bale/Lennon/Son breaking into wide open space or King gliding back to make a recovery interception. But interestingly some of our very best players, even from the modern period, were hardly speed merchants. Many of them in fact played the game at their own pace to the extent that they seemed to have more time than other players. Berbatov; Keane; Kane; Eriksen; Modric; Carrick to name but a few.
