Impressive. I've never watched a replay of another team's match. Actually I've never watched a replay of a Spurs match, I don't think.
Haha I am perma wfh atm as I completely destroyed my knee playing rugby so had full reconstructive surgery. So I have more time on my hands than I’d like.
Netflix gets really boring after too long so I’ve turned to watching a lot of sport,

These muppets and their Ashburton army, get in the bin you absolute virgins.

i hope UTD smash them, they were setting off fireworks after the match today to be edgy after Keys was slagging them off for over celebrating.

fuck em.

Last season when they were on a winning streak people were saying they are miles better than us...

Can someone remind me how the season ended?

They look good after 5 games. Brilliant. I'm enjoying it, because the implosion will be all the greater. Its nice to have our rivals back. Too much apathy previously. Fuck impartiality and Fuck Arsenal. No compliments for them from me.

As i said in another thread.

I think the Palace win was a good result for them and they actually wasnt very good but fair play.

Their other 4 games have come agaisnt arguably the worst 4 teams in the league right now. If they were battering them for 3s and 4s then I'd be concerned but they are scraping by and getting over the line.

Leicester - calamitous keeping and defending cost Leicester. A team in disarray
Bournemouth - finishing 20th
Fulham - late keeping blunder against a promoted club
Villa - another late goal against a club in disarray.

I know you can only beat whos in front of you but I'm not concerned about them at this moment in time.

We're the Athletico Madrid of the UK right now. People have got to embrace it, like the Athletico fans do. We're the villains.

I think Conte has seen that City, and Pool to an extent, are too good, at pretty football, to be touched, so he's picked another route to win... that's disingenuous, he never played sparkling football, just winning football. That's always been his MO. Be top or near top by Christmas and then go.

I truly believe once the league really start's getting congested, our more Conservative tactics will come to the fore. Pressing hard 3 times a week takes it's toll, especially with a thin squad.

Right now people are clouded because they're supposedly playing amazing football and winning against bums. Let's see how it plays out.

If they keep this up and win the league, I still won't congratulate them, but fair play.

Fuck Arsenal. We're fucking Tottenham.

We need some positivity because why the fuck not.

They've a good starting 11 and play some great stuff.

They'll struggle when they have to start playing midweek/weekend every week as they've no proper depth.

Arsenal are linked with a move with Douglas Luiz today.

That would be top business and give them real options.

I don’t like to admit it, but I’m a wee bit worried. Plus annoyed that they are playing more entertaining football.

they look brilliant. The football they are playing is so impressive and good to watch. Martinelli and Jesus are out performing Kane and son by miles at the moment
We have a new front runner in the ‘Throwing ass for Woolwich’ category at this years SC oscars.

I know this is completely subjective, but I've combined the fixtures both Arsenal and us have played so far this season and chucked it in a difficulty list (of sorts). Some of the middle ones are interchangeable, but it gives you an idea of how easy they've had it so far.

Chelsea A
West Ham A

Palace A
Wolves H
Leicester H
Southampton H
Villa H
Forest A
Fulham H
Bournemouth A

Considering we've played poorly for long periods of 4 of our 5 games I think we're doing pretty well to only be 4 points behind them.

Villa signing Dendoncker, though – I could see them agreeing to a late deal; he's only 12 months left on his contract.
Possibly, I'm just relying on McNulty's confidence. His tweet seems pretty conclusive.

If they get him, that'll be a good signing. Underrated player in both attacking and defending.

Funny thing is that Kane has got 4 goals so far, including the winning/decisive goals in 3 matches but apparently is being outperformed by 'miles' by Jesus? Weird, very weird.

Arsenal have only played one top ten team from last season, and that was a home match against a team who are currently bottom of the league with one single point. Every other team they have played finished 12th or lower. Two of the teams they have played weren’t even in the league last year. Fair play you can only beat what’s in front of you but as others have pointed out those wins spread over a season would be nothing remarkable. They are just the type of matches that we ourselves would and should be targeting maximum points from.

This thread, go give your heads a wobble, you know who you are. COYFS

I agree. Arsenal has been fantastic this season and are have to be considered odds on favorites to win it all!

(Yes, we Yanks may not be as good with sarcasm but we can still wield it)

The truth is that they look good on the eye and likely better than last year, but they haven't been tested enough to come to any conclusion.
