He’s gone full Cantona...I think he's actually going senile.
That is historical revisionism at its finest.
Whilst it's true he joined the Premier League when teams were still primarily made up of British/Irish players, and that as a French coach he had additional knowledge of up and coming French players (Vieira is a good example), by the late 90s everyone was looking for exotic imports from Europe. The difference was while he was bringing in players like Overmars, Petit, Anelka and Ljungberg, we were going shopping on the continent and coming back with Ramon Vega, Steffen Iversen, Nicola Berti and Steffen Freund.
If that article was a piece of music it would be...Neil Ashton revelling in someone else’s misfortune as per usual.

Arsenal in meltdown as back-stabbing team-mates turn on Mesut Ozil, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Shkodran Mustafi
Hector Bellerin is also raging with his manager after he was dropped just two hours before kick-off against the Seagulls
Don't get me wrong certain fans of clubs would lap it up. But I doubt very much the smaller clubs would be at it too. Don't think city and United would care too much. And there’s your answer.
Have you considered finding a new job?I had to stop posting messages in a WhatsApp group I was in of old work buddies as it was verging on bullying. Group was made up of 3 Gooners, 2 Yids and some girls we worked with that didn’t bother with the football so stayed out of that conversation. We all worked across the road from the Emirates aswell, so the rivalry was pretty intense. I’d love to work with those people now. Even though I work for a Gooner still and with a Chelsea fan. It gets to the point where the only time I can have a cheery conversation about the football is when the Yid DHL fella makes a delivery.
I’m so lonely.
I’ve got a bet on with Arsene to see who can stick it the longest.Have you considered finding a new job?
I have just spat my cornflakes all over the breakfast table!
Todays snipet from the comedy club that loves to give is from the man whos eyes ate always offside...Mesut Ozil and his choice of dog...well they say a dog looks like it's owner.

Whilst we Spurs fans are waking up to the mouth watering prospect of a CPL tie against Juventus tonight some less fortunate people have nothing to look forward to....and I don't mean the homeless
Mate sent it this morning....made me smile
You know what would be a really unpleasant & perfectly ill-timed fixture for Arsenal to have right now?
I'd say something like Watford at home in a Sunday lunchtime kick-off.
Anyway, anyone got a link to the fixture list?
11/2 is very very tempting.
