Can’t imagine many Arsenal fans will be too disappointed to have left Puma behind for Adidas...

The Mkhitaryan situation is entirely unacceptable. A venue should not be granted such a game if any nationality or ethnicity of player does not feel safe going there. No doubt we'll hear plenty of this horseshit about Azerbaijan being part of UEFA's football family...only, that must mean Mkhitaryan isn't part of that family. I mean, pass the fucking sick bag.

It's almost like awarding the final to these endemically corrupt, human rights-abusing countries with umpteen ongoing diplomatic issues purely on the basis that they have lots of money to grease a few palms with is a bad idea...

If Chelsea were a better club they’d be stating that they would happily join a boycott and stage the final at Wembley.

TBF, the gooners have know about this since the start of the season and did nothing, the player also has previous for not playing due to security reasons.

To boycott at this stage isn't going to happen. Baku should never have been chosen in the first place and when it was, that was the time to kick up a stink.

I could see any action of boycotting would immediately see all English teams banned from UEFA competitions. They'd love that.

#Arsenal are really interested in signing Kostas #Manolas, who is expected to cost €36M (termination clause) from #Roma. Contacts ongoing between #Gunners and his agent Mino #Raiola. #transfers #AFC

Twitter responses...

Hope it's not true. He's Mustafi 2.0. If we're looking for a senior CB we should look at better options for that price.

Jeez no, he’s the greek Mustafi

Manolas is never an upgrade of mustafi and will never be.

Waheyyyy another mustafi legendary stuff

Arsenal in for Manolas? No thanks, that’s essentially replacing Mustafi, with a clone of Mustafi. Horrendous footballer. There’s a reason he’s only got a 36 million release clause.

:LOL::ROFLMAO:

In other news...Daily Cannon

Shkodran Mustafi has confirmed he is an Arsenal player and has no intention of going anywhere this summer.

They have returned 2,300 Europa Cup Final tickets.

Good for them. I doubt it will bother UEFA as I’m sure they’ll have corporate companies waiting in the wings to take them off their hands, but voting with their feet is the best thing they can do.

Obviously I have no love for Arsenal, but it’s a European final and the fans should be able to attend without a costly hike to the arse end of nowhere.
