Arsenal are so much bigger than both of them though..

The answers have been there all along. It's not a finance issue. It's purely their manager and the attitude of the players. Im sure Leeds and forest never layed down and had their bellies tickled like Arsenal on Sunday.
Arsenal are a division above two teams who actually won the trophy they’ve been trying over 20 years to win. They can get fucked for falling apart now. I hope they suffer properly, let’s see how many real fans they have then.

Made me chuckle...

Spurs Fan In Critical Condition After OD'ing On Schaudenfreude

In the aftermath of Manchester City's demolition of Arsenal for the second time in five days, a Spurs fan has been taken to hospital after reportedly overdosing on schaudenfreude.

Schaudenfreude, which is the pleasure derived by someone from another person's misfortune, wasn't thought to affect a person's health, but after the continued underachieving of the Gunners in recent seasons, medics now believe that schaudenfreude derived from watching the North London club could be detrimental to the health of rival fans.

28-year-old Paul Lennon already had lethally high doses of schadenfreude in his system when ambulances arrived at his home in west London after City had gone 3-0 in the first half of their Premer League clash, and his condition deteriorated significantly after Pierre Emerick Aubameyang had his second half penalty saved by City keeper Ederson.

Speaking to Balls.ie ambulance driver Vincent Smith said he'd never seen a case as bad as that of Lennon's:

It's the worse case I've ever seen. When we came in Mr. Lennon was tweeting at an abnormally fast rate, the Sky Sports stream he was watching was ear deafeningly loud, and he had clearly ejaculated numerous times. He was delirious.

Mr. Lennon is now in the emergency room under close surveillance, in order to bring him out of his fever nurses have been showing his Spurs' League Cup loss to Chelsea in 2015 as well as playing ITV's Roy Keane "Lad's it's Tottenham" anecdote on repeat.

Authorities are warning other rival fans to steer clear of Arsenal games for the near future, at least until Arsene Wenger leaves the club as the levels of schaudenfreude that fans are exposed to could be toxic to their nervous system.

Since the incident, Lennon has had all his social media devices seized as he continues his rehabilitation. Doctors' have expressed fear that if the lifelong Spurs fan gains access to social media, specifically 'Arsenal Fan TV', that he could be susceptible to a relapse.

Come on...they pay the highest priced tickets in the whole entire country, you expect them not to be pissed at what's been happening at their club for the best part of 6-7 years now?

They won the FA cup 3 times and qualified for the CL 5 times.

That's more CL campaigns then we've had in our history and I would guess you need to look back c40 years to get the last 3 FA cup wins by "cup kings" Spurs.

When you consider their squad is 24. One of those is that Greek CB. Then mertesacker retiring. Cazorla finished. Koscielny 33 drugged up to play. Czech 36. Maitland- Niles a kid. Chambers/holding nowhere near good enough.same for iwobi Elneny. There’s 10 players that need replacing before you even start to address the likes of xhaka and welbeck. Honestly think they are fucked for years. And if Everton Leicester get it right this summer could easily be 7/8 th next season.

  • Arsenal are closer pointswise to West Brom who are 6 points adrift at the bottom of the league than they are to Man City.

  • They are closer to Burnley and Leicester than they are to us in 4th place.

  • They have conceded more goals in the PL than Brighton (12th) and Newcastle (15th). If Aguero had scored that chance they'd have have conceded twice as many as City.

  • They have gone 10 games in the league without a clean sheet.

  • Their seven defeats in all competitions in 2018 is the worst in the Premier League. This includes defeats to Nottingham Forest, Bournemouth, Swansea and Ostersund.

Lol

And the all important lure of Champions League is slipping away again meaning if they get big signings it’s pkayers coming for the money. That’s not going to sit too well unless they play out of their skin. Currently they are not. The rot has set in. Arsenal need major surgery yet the patient is in denial.

Love it. Just fucking love it.

That is true, that is more down to the owners, but they shouldn't have some entitlement that they should be successful

FA to start investigation into fiddled attendance figures by interviewing Arsenal's woman in charge of "Counting Department"

Didn't DT get donged at the North London Derby back in the autumn as well. He's fast becoming the punchbag of North London, both by Spurs and Woolwich fans..

He's an obnoxious turd though so it might knock some sense into him.

The context is that even in this dark period they have still been significantly more successful than us and most others clubs. This whinging is ridiculous, Newcastle, Sunderland, West Ham fans can whinge.

Just because Arsenal used to be even more successful...why should that persist? They've even been more successful than United over the past 4 years, they have won more trophies and qualified for the CL more times and that's despite spending significantly less money.

So they have to put up with being a bit crap.

That Welbeck is such a donkey, never got the media love in with him, horrific player
About 5 years ago, he was so close to a move to Sunderland that he put down a deposit on a house there. I sense that he would have been a comfortable fit in that shambles....

I really don’t think it’s entitlement as much as I am enjoying their current plight

It’s the lack of visibility of anyone senior, the lack of accountability Wenger seems to have despite a slow slide into mediocrity, the clear sense that he is a soft touch and players do not give 100%. Guys like Ozil playing their heart out, signing a huge contract and then going to turd the week after. Fans seeing the blindingly obvious that they need a holding mid and not being sorted for 3-4 years. Ultimately there is a sense that they are owned by a guy in Kronke that views his teams globally as cash cows with no real care re results

The promise of the move to the Emirates and what would mean for the club has proven to be a sham under Wengers stewardship!

When I was growing up there was a big team with a proud history team who weren’t great in the league but they were known as a cup team who relied on good football to keep the fans happy. But as the cups dried up and the football deteriorated they fell by the wayside and their neighbours went through one of the most successful periods of their history, playing powerful, exciting pleasing football.

It’s happening again. Only the roles have reversed for the two teams. The fat lady hasn’t sung yet, but she’s warming up her vocals.

He's funny to watch when he gets wound up though.

All that optimism after a big win and a big signing has evaporated quickly.
