Interesting to see Arteta speaking in the papers this morning about the new Spurs regime. I was very surprised to see him interviewed in an article about Spurs and wonder if there’s anything more to it.:shrug:

You serious? Not to take the thread away from it's purpose, but he's exactly what we're missing from a creativity point of view.

Everything goes through him, like we used to go through Carrick. He's a quality player, with a quality final ball, a quality finish and a great free-kick.

Everton would be gutted if they lost him.

Do not like to see a player from another team talking to the press about inside info on our club. Although the tabloid scum are of course making up half the quotes to pad out the story. I am sure Arteta used words liked "stupified"...

That was my first thought. He's also putting down the Everton players diets .

Great player, would love him at Spurs. Don't think Moyes would let another big player go though. Plus they're on for a CL place this season, think he'd prefer to play CL than UEFA.
