Gallas is also only 3 years older and as player type that lasts longer than A.Cole, left us year ago and was already tripe on his last season. A.Cole has been kept out of side by natural right back this season.

Cole is being kept out of the side because Mourinho isn't a big fan and that Azpilicueta is a fantastic fullback. His performances this season have been of a high level.

He is a loathesome oik but in reality was Gallas really any better behaved than Cole? threatening to score own goals to force a move etc and am pretty sure he was involved in a training ground punch up before he joined us too, not to mention his on pitch tantrum, but when he came to us he was nothing but professional so the only thing i would question about signing him is if he is good enough any more
