He was such a **** of the old 606 site. Spent more time on the Spurs section than Villa's. I actually started hating them because of him.
Yep, though in the end I did appreciate him for the twat he was, & actually enjoyed his trolling. Well, we have Glastonspur now, who is our own Holte. Fucking twat :D

best thing villa can do is to sell the majority of the players and get in new players that want to play...and that aren't shit.

It's hard not to raise a rye smile at Villa's relegation after reading all the drivel on their forums after the Benteke link and listening to them go on about what a big club they are because the won the league 7 times even though 6 of those were over 100 years ago. (The same can be said for 5 of their 7 FA Cup wins). Still, they were one of six clubs who had never been relegated from the Premier League and it's a shame to see how they have fallen.

To be honest I feel for the fans. Could have been us a few years back and a similar size club in my opinion so shows how easy it can happen when mis managed so badly.

I think they need to go down to grow again, sad day for me

I'm gutted for them. There's a small feeling of 'there, but for the grace of God' but generally it's taken an over the top fuck up of an effort by the owners to drag them to where they are now. The downward spiral of the last few years could have been halted by some common sense but now the huge television contract isn't coming their way for business and football reasons and for that they don't deserve i or Premier League football.

I admit that Villa have been part of the familiar Prem furniture (and as someone who started following football in 1990, a part of the top flight in general). Probably the biggest club to go down since Leeds.

Used to have a bit of a soft spot for them once, just as I used to for Everton. Two clubs that, like us, had a rich history but a relatively poor present. I certainly think of them as a big club.

My dislike for them comes down to personal experiences of their fans. I've lived with three Villa fans, and worked with several more. One in particular (a former house 'mate' and season ticket holder at Villa Park) did my head in.

This guy (let's call him Dan, because that's his real name) once asked me if he could use my printer. I said "yeah sure, no problem", only to later find my printer completely drained of ink.

The fucker had used it to print out different sections of a life-sized colour picture of Martin O'Neill to stick on cardboard and wave around like a twat at their next home game.

He was just a bit of a dick. He was also involved in this:

Hope the **** is crying his beady little eyes out for the next few weeks/months/years.

Good riddance! Can't stand them, hope they get relegated again and stay down in the lower leagues like Leeds have done!

Its getting harder and harder to find fair or sensible comments on any other club around here, its like we hate everyone and everything for literally any reason. No wonder half the country rejoice when we fuck up :D

To be fair, Villa deserve to be relegated simply for appointing Tim Sherwood as manager after getting the chance to see what an utter car crash he was as our manager, watching a succession of shit teams like West Brom and Palace turn him down, yet still thinking he'd be a good manager for them.

Sad that such a big club with such history has ended up in this position, the league needs clubs like villa.
I don't think we'll see them back, you only have to look at forest to see how hard it is to reclaim former glories.

I agree, 2nd worst Premier league team ever after Derby

And 05/06 Sunderland who only picked up 15 pts. A side we dropped 2 pts against in the latter stages of that season (after barely winning the home leg). One of the most gutting results I can remember as a Spurs fan (and it was my first year supporting us), only overshadowed by the horrific experience of that final day.

Sad to to see such a great club like Villa go, I've had a great time at Villa over the years, both a Spurs fan and through work. I hope they do come back ASAP.

What a strange season Leicester could be champions with a possibilty that Villa, Newcastle and Sunderland relegated, how times have changed.

I'm gutted personally. Living in the Midlands meant it was one of the few games I was able to get to. Selfish ****s

Fair play to him. I bet it wasn't easy getting that church inside your printer.
