Im not sold on him yet, we made alot of mistakes and at the same time made some improvements.

Next season will judge which way we go and in the second half of this season we have shown some promising signs

Very encouraging season even if gutting at the end. Think we are moving in the right direction and IMO Avb has proved to levy that he deserves to bring in the players he wants.

If, and its a big if, levy backs him properly then I see no reason why we can't push on further and better next year.

has scored more points in his first year than any other manager we have had in the prem. So just out of interest, have you been sold on anyone we have had?

Cracking job, if he was given better players to work with we would be challenging for the title.

Wenger has turned a prem league winning side into a side that finishes fourth and is proud of it.
So fuck off ****.

Just hope he's supported.

Chelsea and new manager = money thrown at them

City and new manager = money thrown at them

Utd and new manager = could be given a few bob to replace ageing players

Arsenal and wenger = if the rumours are to be believed he could be spending big this summer

I just hope levy supports avb with at least one major signing. I know we don't have the money to compete with the above but surely we can afford one star signing....

He's done this with us without even having the quality he expected to have when coming here.

An amazing effort.

Who would ever have thought we could turn our habit of conceding late, around to scoring late goals to win or save games?

Which other manager over recent years could have done this?

AVB forever.

Feed him what he needs Levy ffffffffffffffffs! Fcuk#!!

Yes I have but it was worth noting from the 8th place down the teams have scored alot less than normal, for instance west brom have a had a great season behind liverpool but only 10 points above sunderland in 17th!

We have had alot of individual moments save us and paper over the cracks but signs are promising that AVB will be great for us but I dont think I can judge a manager in one season especially when he has had alot go wrong for him

Which is annoying because if he was backed in summer we could have challenged for the title. Probably not won it but challenged definitely.

We could have won it. This season especially.

Levy is too shrewd for his own good.

Makes him myopic.

He has had a brilliant season given the hand he has been dealt, sure he made mistakes but so has Fergie, so has Wenger, he is not a robot

He has also played his hand brilliantly while at the same time being under the pressure of being ridiculed by the press over his time at Chelsea.

Deserves an extended contract

I have really taken to him like I never did to Harry.

It is clear that he is playing with clear tactics. The only thing letting him down at the moment is not having the quality players up top to actually work magic and our centre mid lost it a bit due to our back up not playing in a similar style to Sandro and Dembele. Not his fault, not Levy's - just the way it is until he has had a few seasons to change it.

I agree, for a while the title was there for the taking, but alas, as usual, we hadn't recruited the quality to take advantage of the situation!!!
