I'm pretty impressed that Brentford took 6200 to Fulham, i was just wondering how many do we normally take to Ars**al, It just seems a bit silly to me to allow such a huge away contingent. Surely it would be massively counter productive to the home team. As proven by the 4 - 1 battering Fulham just took, although it does seem the scoreline flatters the Bees quite a bit from what i hear.

We take the full amount that the FA allow for, for Arsenal. We sell out most away games unless they are a weekday.

When we play Fulham not only do we fill the away end, we normally end up with most of the neutral stand as well.

To be fair, Brentford to Fulham is barely more than 5 miles!

And the Bees are in the midst of possibly their best ever season, with a good chance of being in the playoffs for a place in the Premier League and still an outside chance of automatic promotion. Meanwhile, Fulham are in the midst of their worst season in 15 years.

So I guess that Fulham figured that there was always going to be big demand for away tickets and decided to give Brentford a bigger allocation both to cash in and to prevent too many away fans trying to get into home areas.

It's not actually too different to what they did in the Premier League, where they would house a "neutral" zone next to the 3,000 or so away fans - and the "neutral" zone was almost always full of away fans when the bigger clubs were visiting.

I kind of support Brentord. Didn't imagine they'd be challenging for a PL place. Could be awkward

Golden rule mate. That's why a lot of Spurs have Layton orient as their second team....no chance of pl!
