Harry's approach was to use experienced players as much as possible as they need less coaching and add a couple of class players like Modric and Bale to provide an engineI think Harry's approach was to assemble a team of players who would naturally gel together, and not burden the players with too much in the way of instructions. which when it works can be dazzling, and on occasions was; but in terms of results AVB is doing as well with arguably a weaker squad. Different approaches but both have done well for us.
