It's like the individual version of the team comparison between the Redknapp side that reached the quarter finals and the team wew had starting this season. They don't equate: the team starting this season equated to the team Redknapp first inherited from Wandery Ramos, or you wait for this one to develop another two years and then compare it to the CL quarter fialists; Eriksen either equates to Bale at 22 YO, or you wait until Eriksen is 25 YO (ish) and then compare him to Bale in his last year at WHL.
Bale may still win, as @Gbspurs says, he is a once in a generation type player. But at least make it a bit of a contest, eh! Also, as plenty of others have said, they are totally different types of players.
