Am I the only one who thinks he is great? Always makes me chuckle watching him play, as he is class and a nut case and you never know which is going to shine through more during a match lol

I like him and think that he gets a lot of unfair criticism, of course his actions on the pitch don't help sometimes and it makes him an easy target for many.

The way people bashed him for his performance in the derby for example was ridiculous, he wasn't the only City player that didn't play well and what Nasri did at the end was ten times worse than anything Balotelli did.

He similar to Berba in some ways (plays the game at his own pace etc) but Berba doesn't have a mean streak.

Certainly a character, doesn't do himself many favours, but I think he gets a lot of unfair criticism.

Issue here is is it club policy to fine players with such a record or are they making an example?!

Personally i like him for all his failings he always stands up to be counted and he is a character and occasionally a bloody good player. Football has become so pasterised that the characters from yesteryear have no place in the modern game. He is a throw back and i think he is refreshing but im also glad he isnt playing for us even if i think on his day (rare day granted) he is better than ade and defoe.

What a knobber lol.

He deserves the fine for his disgraceful behaviour in getting himself banned for such long periods.
