It's not an easy transition from our previous system to this one. If anything can be learned from Celtic, it's that it will be shaky early on. In time we won't let that happen. Expecting us to have perfected the system this early on is kinda crazyI think the issue is that these “against the run of play” goals seem to be a feature, not a bug, or the defensive system.
One wrong move or missed tackle and we’re absolutely wide open.
I think my worry is almost the opposite, too many players and not enough games. Especially if we bow out the cups early.Expected we would fade as the game went on.
Reduced games and 5 subs should help us with the transition to such a high energy game this season.

Anyone else disappointed with Spence?
No running at all
What was the first 75 min of class a reflection of then? The last 15 minutes was shambolic, probably a reflection of the shambolic pre-season preparation.
I do not think it was mainly his fault, but if he was better, he would have defended thatAre people blaming Dier for the last one? I don't know who's man that was, but it was either CB
Didn't expect anything different. He'll be gone soon.Anyone else disappointed with Spence?

I'm loving the way we're playing but when you're 2-1 up with 7 minutes to go I'm not sure it's wise to have the defence pushed up to the halfway line, especially when one of your centre backs is Eric Dier.
He looked quick, but there are reports that he has been added to the transfer list due to attitude. Maybe lack of effort is the reason, who knows.Anyone else disappointed with Spence?
