I am well excited at the thought of a whole new attacking front line next season its just what spurs could need.

It's interesting that many of the names we've been linked with at the start of the window were strikers - makes you think that the two of them have been sulking and playing up for a while and clearly wanting out. We fans kept saying the last thing we need is a new striker but clearly that is not the case.

It's taken me 2 days to recover from the shock of it all but I am now trying to believe that we might still have a chance of getting someone like David Villa. But would he really want to come to us? How much of a lure is Ramos to Spaniards?

If they dont want to be here, let them go. What i cant understand is Keane ? , so what if he loved Liverpool as a boy growing up, Tottenham is his new love, he loves Spurs. You dont go back to an ex just because you used to love her ?? Especially if you are in love with somebody else ??? In my opinion if Keane goes, 'BIG MISTAKE'.

No-one should need to remind him of the turbulent career he's had, going through 5 or 6 clubs before finally settling down & finding the right club for him, one where he has the potential to become a legend with the status of the likes of Jimmy Greaves, Glenn Hoddle & Danny Blanchflower. A move to Liverpool my son, you'll be just another footballer, but not a 'LEGEND'.

Im starting to worry that Liverpool actually have no intention of stumping up the money for Keane. Im working on the theory that they just wanted to tap him up to turn his head and destablise us (a team in a postion to potentially challange their CL spot)

No chance of getting Villa. Not even ramos could be that persuasive.

I second that.. From the statement from Levy it is really clear that both of them want to go and are sulking around in Spain. We should be extremely "happy" if we manage to make one of them stay if u ask me.

And yes im just as disappointed as the rest of u at what has happened but u have to be realistic

BOTH of our 'want away' strikers are training away as usual. Ofcourse we may be the ones who are over reacting, for once. I have decided to accept whatever transpires at WHL....in as peaceful a manner as I can manage. BUT....be aware that a certain 'fly on the wall' has suggested, on sound advice, that Ramos is not as blameless as he would have us believe. Perhaps Keano is a threat in some way and not the man for Ramos in his longterm plan? Berbs is certainly not in the plans...for obvious reasons....but can there be any truth in the idea that Ramos wants TOTAL control and has his own ideas about how he should proceed?
As it stands I get a terrible feeling that WE, THFC, are going to suffer AGAIN and 5th will remain our highest goal for many years. As a consequence we shall fall back further and Munure/Chelski/Scum and Pool will 'move away' and ....well the rest is plain to see....maybe! God I hate having these negative feelings....but...what is the cure? FA Cup, Carling Cup....Uefa Cup....? None compare to the Prem Title OR the CL...at a push! Pie in the Sky? Let's hope against hope that we are over reacting, as is our 'bailiwick' in recent years. Perhaps Dos Santos, Modric, or any of the other 'hopefulls' will prove to be our lucky charms and 'hoooch' us towards a TOP finish (imagine being unbeaten at Christmas...or FULL points even!). Dreams are made of such stuff but...dreams are there to be fulfilled. COYS!

Both should go because they are not fully commited to the club anymore.Berbatov has been looking for a move for two seasons now and Keane wants to be a cog in Rafa's rotation wheel.I hope they leave soon so we can get Santa Cruz and Sergio Garcia.
