He was CRAP! in both games he's played in!

let's just hope Fergie drops him to the bench with continuous poor performances!

haha!

Yet he's had a hand in both their goals. As Berbati used to say on here (and no doubt is saying at red cafe now), he doesn't hit form until February which is when United will need him the most.

Sorry to rain on your parade :)

Yets, lets declare our finest striker for the past few years as crap because he's not scored 150 goals in the first couple games.....because of course that helps us convince ourselves stupidly that we aren't in a shittier state than Manure.

I think he was having a wee chuckle at the expense of the Bulgarian's quiet start. Not dismissing him altogether which is obviously daft.

Like some seem to be doing with Pav they are judging Berba on two games and not the players career. Managers and players seemed to be judged on a few games nowadays, maybe due to all the money involved

Yup, they are....but they're used to a higher standard than we are. I have to say thought that I'm surprised Red Nose played him in the first team straight away. Tevez is more proven for Manure and certainly didn't play the "toys out of the pram" act that Berbatov did before he left and to see Berbs get the nod over him is very suprising in my book.

There haveing a right moan up on there arent they. someone made a good point that Berba and Tevez should be the starting 2 up-front.

That would be a very scary sight on the jumbo-tron at spurs!!!

I find it reassuring to know that he is just like that, and it wasnt a case of him not bothering because of who we are. He can just be a lazy/wimpy git sometimes.

Also good to see that other teams fans are just as fickle as some of ours.

So its not all bad

Oh well. If they don't want him, we'll have him back in the fold - at a price - the price is called an SWP Price.

RedDevil#26655 "A few of his touches have been amazing though"

Ekeke "A few of his facial expressions have been first class"

:)

But seriously, unbelievable amount of shit posted by quite a few people on there. Thank god for other sets of fans.

Football is teamwork, and Berbs has been involved in a couple of goals.

Like I have said before when I am talking about strikers. DO NEVER EVER rate a striker only from the goalstatistics of his former Club. It does not really matter how many goals he has scored for his former club. The thing that is important is if he can contribute something to the team as a whole.

Our problem so far has been that we have not really gelled as a team. We have many good players, but the team is not playing together as a unit.

Teamwork also involves not disappearing for large chunks of the game, something Berbatov was and is all too prone to doing.

That's exactly how he played for Bayer Leverkusen, and for 2 years at Spurs, so why this sudden surprise from the likes of Alan Green et al about the way Berbatov plays? Did they never bloody watch him before, or did they assume he'd shortchanged us, and somehow "Fergie would sort him out"?

It might have been his dream to go there but I'm not sure it's the best place for him, I know it takes time to settle but I thought he looked a little lost :-| he could turn out to be another of Fergies hot signings like Veron Eek
