I hope we dont draw copenhagen. Ståle is a bit of a mourinhoesque type tactically. We play a bit of a naive open style at times (which i like tbh). He'll know just how to beat us, and copenhagen is a team its easy to underestimate. Plus, Ståle was declared dead and stayed dead for seven minutes before they got his heart beating again, you just dont mess with him.

I wouldn't mind Milan. They're another narrow side who we could open up with 2 wingers. Up top they're lethal though with Ibra on top form and Robinho starting to come good. A lot can change between now and February and hopefully we'll be lining up with King and Dawson in defence. I can see plenty of goals in that game.

Copenhagen would be a tricky game. They've been true underdogs so far in this competition and i'd worry they could be an upset in the making. I guess it would come down to if we could get a result at their place where they're very strong. At home i'm confident we can beat anybody.

Valencia i'd be worried about. We generally dont do well against Spanish sides. The match itself should be pleasing on the eye though. We're more than capable of turning them over but its not a game i'd be 100% confident about.

Not worried about any of the other opponents tbh. Lyon are vastly experienced, but I wouldn't be too concerned for some reason.

In the end of the day I could see us either beating or losing to any of those teams...

On paper (well computer screen), Copenhagen looks like the easiest draw, but I absolutely don't want to draw them, for several reasons - they have nothing to lose and no fear of "bigger" teams; we play badly against teams we are supposed to beat, especially ones which will play a smart tactical game like they will; and above all because I have friends who support them. If we were to beat them I could hardly gloat about it, since we'd be supposed to, whereas if they beat us I'd never hear the f-ing end of it.

We do not want AC Milan or Valencia. All the teams are good but I feel we will be favourites against anyone else.

AC Milan would be fun, but they are strong and currently 1st in Serie A.

It would also mean that Prince Boateng would show up gunz blazing out and he would score, like he always does against us. He enjoys nothing more than scoring against us.

He surely won't be allowed those on the pitch?

I quite fancy Lyon, they are no where near as good as they have been in previous seasons.

Bring on AC or Valencia - lets add more scalps to the list!

Let us sign a top class striker who is not CL tied, and have Kaboul and King back and we'll not fear anyone.

When are the draws?

I would like us to get great op. Because we always score away, and we can be a bit tasty at home.

The more high profile games we play, the better it will be for us to draw better players next year.

AMAZING we finished top. Even ole Gibbsy didn't think we would do that well.

Want to avoid Copenhagen (big strong quick and direct) and Valencia. Fancy any of the Italian or French teams.

It might have already been answered, and forgive me if it has - but are we guaranteed a home return leg in the last 16 as group winners?
